About Us

Welcome to Your Vantage Photography! This section of our site will provide you with a little insight into what we do and how we work. We are currently located in Orem, Utah, and will travel anywhere between Draper and Spanish Fork, UT at no additional fee. For sessions outside of this area, please contact us to determine pricing and arrangements. The Name: We chose the name “Your Vantage Photography” because we wanted to portray our goal: To get the picture you want to see. We will always ask for and welcome any input on what picture(s) you are looking for and what you’d like us to capture. Whether you want a specific pose or just to finally get that great family picture, we will do our best to capture that moment for you along with many other great moments throughout the session.

The Technique: We do all our sessions using natural light, as this provides a more rich and inviting tone to the photos. Because we use natural light, the majority of our photo shoots occur outdoors. We do not use a studio, but will work in a client’s home or elsewhere indoors if necessary to capture the moment desired.


The Sessions: Your Vantage Photography does basically everything you need. We do weddings, portraits, and commercial events. Portrait sessions can be families, children, engagements, or anything else you are in need of. Please see our photo gallery for samples from some of the sessions we have done. Our portrait sessions last anywhere from one to two hours and are generally on the weekends so as to avoid conflicting with school and work schedules. We will do our best to accommodate to your schedule if the weekend doesn’t work for you. For any questions regarding our sessions or available times please use the contact form.
